Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, I gained a global perspective by studying in both Colorado Springs, USA, and Berlin, Germany. My career has been marked by leadership roles, including Sports Partnership Manager at FPRO Company, where I played a pivotal role in negotiating and securing several digital partnership agreements with sport clubs.Additionally, my role as Recruiting Manager at the prestigious Riga FC Academy allowed me to further refine my skills in recruitment, negotiation, and contract structuring
